    Just looking at these makes me feel hungry to start cooking. I love casseroles. My only challenge is making sure all ingredients are even sizes before cooking, as some may cook faster than others.

    I want to give the loaded mash potatoes and the easy taco casserole. We love mashed potatoes as a side dish. They go with pork chops, pork loin, steak, or chicken.

    I’m always looking for quick and easy meals to make on days that I work. I don’t want to spend another hour on my feet after I get home from work.
