  • Lucky Charms Cereal (6 cups): The star ingredient that brings a delightful crunch to each bite, the iconic cereal adds a whimsical touch with its colorful marshmallow charms and toasted oats.
  • White Mini Marshmallows (8 oz): These miniature clouds of sweetness melt seamlessly with butter to create a smooth, sticky mixture, acting as the glue that binds the Lucky Charms together and adds a luscious texture.
  • Colored Marshmallows (8 oz): Bursting with vibrant hues, these marshmallows introduce a playful burst of color and contribute a chewy texture, creating a visually appealing and tastefully diverse treat.
  • Butter (4 tbsp): Melted to perfection, butter infuses richness and a creamy flavor, elevating the overall taste while providing the necessary consistency for the marshmallow and cereal mixture to adhere seamlessly.

Kitchen Tools:

For this Lucky Charms Cereal Bars recipe, ensure you have the necessary kitchen tools. You’ll need:

3. Incorporate Lucky Charms Cereal: Carefully add the cereal to the saucepan once the marshmallow mixture is smooth and fully melted. Stir the cereal into the marshmallow mixture, ensuring that each piece of cereal is thoroughly coated and sticky.

4. Add Colored Marshmallows: Gently fold the colored marshmallows into the mixture. Stir just enough to incorporate them, being careful not to fully melt them, as their vibrant colors and chewy texture add an extra dimension to the bars.

5. Press into Prepared Pan: Transfer the prepared Lucky Charms mixture into the lined pan. Press the mixture down firmly and evenly into the pan using a spatula or the back of a spoon, ensuring it reaches all corners and creates a uniform layer.

6. Allow to Set: Let the mixture set for at least an hour at room temperature or until firm to the touch. This allows the marshmallow mixture to solidify, making it easier to slice into bars later.

7. Slice and Serve: Once the mixture has been set, carefully lift the parchment paper to remove the bars from the pan. Place the slab of bars on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into 12 equal pieces. Serve and enjoy the whimsical delight of your homemade Lucky Charms Cereal Bars!
