Description

With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep time, you’ll have a batch of these enchanting Lucky Charms Cereal Bars ready to enjoy in no time!


Ingredients

Scale

 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal

8 oz white mini marshmallows

8 oz colored marshmallows

4 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter and white mini marshmallows together over low/mediumheat, stirring continuously.
  3. Once marshmallow mixture is melted and smooth, add in your lucky charms cereal andstir well until cereal is fully coated and sticky.
  4. Now add in your colored marshmallows. Give a quick stir so they are incorporated butnot fully melted.
  5. In your prepared pan, scoop the lucky charm mixture in and press down until the mixtureis evenly dispersed.
  6. Allow to set for an hour then cut into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • No colored marshmallows? No problem! White marshmallows work great; aim for a mix of melted and pillowy.
  • Flatten and even out the mixture in the pan by placing a sprayed parchment paper (sprayed side down) and pressing it with a flat object. Perfect bars guaranteed!
  • Keep the deliciousness intact by storing these bars in an airtight container or bag for 3-4 days.
