*Today's post is by mom blogger Kim, who offered to review Bugaboo Announcement Cards for Hip Mama's Place.
If you are a mom, it is likely that you have not only ordered birth announcements, invitations, thank you cards and holiday cards, chances are you've received about a million of them too. No matter what, personalized photo announcements, invitations and cards are great to send and receive. They add that extra personal touch and are especially nice to send to family and friends far away. How many times, though, have you received the same old birth announcement from the hospital catalog, or worse yet, received the same one that you yourself sent out only a few months earlier? Personally, after the birth of my daughter, I received a photo birth announcement from someone who had selected the exact same background that I had. It really made me feel like my daughter's announcements were not special and unique and it made me kind of sad.
You no longer have to settle for the "same old" designs. Bugaboo Announcements has a large selection of designs that can be customized to your personal style. They work with you to create the perfect design if you do not see something you like so you can rest assured that your cousin Ferna won't send out the same ones!

What sets Bugaboo Announcements apart:
I received a sample set of cards and announcements from Bugaboo Announcements to review. I have found myself quite impressed with the quality and the designs. The designs themselves are so adorable and unique that I really wish I had discovered Bugaboo Announcements before my daughter was born! Both the photo card style and panel card style are high quality and the printing is so clear and vivid. I literally stared for a matter of minutes at each one….and they were pictures of kids I don't even know!
And in case you are interested, they advertise that the Kodak Professional Endura Lustre paper that the photo cards are printed on resists fingerprints. It does! I sat and played with them trying to get the cards to show fingerprints. The darker one did eventually (it took a LOT of work and some added grease to do it) but the lighter one still is not showing them. You can feel confident that they will hold up to all the handling that the grandmothers and grandfathers will inevitably do showing off their new grandbaby. And who knows, maybe Cousin Ferna will too!

Announcements Galore
If you like collecting memorable photos of your baby, a great way to display them nicely and creatively is by putting them together in a collage. My baby Jaden turned one year old last March and I had been trying to find creative scrapbook ideas to include in his First Year baby album. I had an idea to have a photo collage made so I gathered a few of my favorite photos of him, went online, and ordered the Baby's First Year Photo Collage at Announcements Galore.
I was so happy to receive Jaden's photo collage a few days later. It turned out really beautiful. So instead of including it in his First Year baby album like I had planned to do, I decided to put it in a blue 8x10 photo frame. I love it and it's now sitting on top of our fireplace mantel!
At Announcements Galore, you can have your personal photos and information turned into high quality announcements and keepsakes. The photo collage I ordered is just but one of the many varieties of photo keepsakes they offer. If you're looking for unique and beautifully-designed announcement photo cards that can be fully customized- such as for birth, graduation, engagement, wedding and moving announcements, to name a few- you should go check out this site. Unlike the announcements sold in other stores, Announcements Galore make announcements that are real 4X6 photos and they can customize the color, fonts, and wording choices. Also offered are custom photo invitations and photo magnets.
Shop Announcements Galore now and you will receive 15% off any order until June 30 when you enter coupon code HIPMAMA at checkout.
