1. Take a Bath
I am not talking about the rushed kind of bath where the kids are busting in every 5 seconds to tattle on someone. 3. Get Adequate Sleep

4. Write it Out on a Journal
If you have a lot going on, writing in a journal is a great way to let it all out without burning yourself out. Writing can be relaxing and it is a way for you to express all those feelings, emotions, and things you wanted to say out on paper instead of bottled up in your head.
5. Stop Multitasking
One of the best ways you can recharge your mind and body on a daily basis is to give up multitasking. Multitasking is the quickest and easiest way to get stressed out. Instead, try making a list of things you need to get done and work on them one at a time. This will keep you organized and less stressed.

8. Take Breaks from People
Whether you know it or not, your body is affected by the energies of everyone around you especially negative people. Taking a break from people and just being absolutely alone is a great way to recharge your mind. It gives you a chance to breathe and do for yourself. Even if it is just a 5-minute walk around the block, locking yourself in the closet, or going to a hotel for a night, being alone may be exactly what you need.
