We were recently invited by Denny’s to try their limited time ‘Extreme Skillets’ menu. Featuring four daring new skillet dishes, loaded with big, bold flavors and fresh ingredients, the menu boasts an exciting new twist on a sizzlin’ diner classic.
Guests may choose from four ‘craveable‘ new dishes, all served steaming hot on sizzlin’ skillets, with the option to add toast or tortillas for just 99 cents!
- New Crazy Spicy Skillet – If you can handle the heat, this fiery dish begins with crumbled chorizo sausage, jalapeños, sautéed mushrooms, fire-roasted bell peppers, onions and seasoned red-skinned potatoes. To top it off, the gluten free dish includes tasty grilled chicken breast, shredded Cheddar cheese, a spicy five pepper sauce and Pepper Jack queso.
- New Mighty Meat Lover’s Skillet – Looking for a hot and hearty meal? Try this savory skillet cooked to perfection with breakfast sausage and a grilled sirloin steak skewer served over mushrooms, fire-roasted bell peppers, onions and seasoned red-skinned potatoes. This meaty marvel is finished with a sweet bourbon glaze and two eggs.
- New Supreme Green Skillet – For a fresh, new flavor, guests may enjoy premium gouda-apple chicken sausage, seasoned red-skinned potatoes, fresh spinach, sautéed mushrooms, broccoli and fire-roasted bell peppers and onions. This gluten free, green goodness is topped with new creamy avocado sauce, fresh sliced avocado and two eggs.
- New Wild Salmon Skillet – Denny’s delicious sustainable and wild-caught Alaska salmon fillet is gluten-free and grilled with a perfectly seasoned blend of garlic and herbs, served atop seasoned red-skinned potatoes, fresh spinach, broccoli, sautéed mushrooms and grape tomatoes.
