How to Assemble a Christmas Snack Board (Step-by-Step)
Creating a show-stopping Christmas Snack Board is all about layering and shaping. Follow these steps to form a festive wreath-style layout.

1. Make fruit skewers: Using toothpicks, skewer a strawberry, grape, and raspberry. Place these along the bottom center and top left curves of your board to begin forming the wreath shape.

2. Add vegetables and dip: Arrange the broccoli florets along the bottom-right curve. Place the veggie dip just above the broccoli.

3. Place the Gouda: Set the smoked Gouda wedge above the dip to anchor that section of the board.

4. Create olive-cheese skewers: Spear one olive and slide it to the center of a toothpick. Add a pepper jack cube to each side. Place these skewers along the left curve of the board.

5. Fold the salami: Fold the salami slices accordion-style, then stack three per toothpick. Place them along the top curve and beside the fruit skewers.

6. Add the M&M’s: Place a small bowl of red and green M&M’s above the olive and cheese section on the left side.
7. Layer in crackers: Arrange crackers above the fruit skewers for height and crunch.
8. Add kiwi slices: Place sliced kiwis below the salami and Gouda for a fresh pop of green.
9. Add Christmas snack cakes: Place the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes above the M&M’s.

10. Add cookies: Slightly above the center of the board, add the white chocolate-covered Oreos and mini sugar cookies.
11. Finish fruit placement: Slightly below the center, add another row of strawberries to enhance the wreath shape.

12. Optional Brie Centerpiece: If using brie, cut out the center of the brie wheel using a Christmas tree cookie cutter. Fill the cut-out center with honey and place the brie in the center of the board.
13. Add accents: Scatter mozzarella pearls around the board as accents, then tuck the candy canes in.
14. Final garnish: Finish by adding rosemary sprigs all around the board to complete the wreath look and add a festive, holiday aroma.

Notes & Tips for the Best Christmas Snack Board
- Serve within three hours, since it includes meat and cheese.
- If you can’t find Little Debbie Christmas snack cakes, substitute cupcakes or festive cookies.
- Swap salami for turkey, ham, prosciutto, or pepperoni if preferred.
- When using the brie, press it in only halfway, then carefully remove the center with a knife before filling it with honey. This keeps the brie sturdy and beautiful.
- Assemble most ingredients ahead of time and add crackers and rosemary just before serving for freshness.
