This Memorial Day, my family and I decided to stay home. My sisters and their families will be visiting, so we'll stay here with mom, and enjoy a family BBQ!
I agree with your suggestions. Holidays should not be expensive. We just have to find the right activity that would suit any age group. For Memorial Day, we are going to have a BBQ cookout in our backyard. My sister will help with some of the dishes and the rest will be potluck. Nothing beats good food and family!
