I love Valentine's Day, it's another day I can shower my Family with fun little surprises. My husband and I always surprise each other. I remember the time after my accident, he came home with flowers, candy, cake, and 2 cards. He said he wasn't sure what to get me so he covered it all. As we have gotten older my husband and see Valentine's day as just another day. My dad use to send my mom a dozen roses every Valentine's Day though. I love tulips. One year I received tulips anonymously. I found out who sent them a few weeks later. It was from someone who wanted to get to know me. He thought I was dating someone (I wasn't) but he said no harm in sending. Well that was 25 yrs ago. Four yrs later I married that man so we recently celebrated our 20th anniversary. Each Valentine's Day he brings or send tulips to me. It was just a fluke that he sent tulips that first year.
