We love I SPY books in our house. Gabriel, my eager-to-learn almost four year old toddler, just loves the challenge of finding the neat little items pictured in I SPY books.
So I was very thrilled to receive a copy of the newest I SPY book from Scholastic: the I SPY A to Z: Book of Picture Riddles. Soon as we opened the very first page of this book, Gabriel jumped on it right away and went off to looking for his first clue to the first item- with a lot of excitement. ;D
Although this book is intended for 4-10 year olds, I knew Gabriel would just do well with his somewhat advanced skills in reading, spelling and counting. ;D I'm always amazed at how I SPY books teach and reinforce spelling skills and even sharpen skills in observing, sorting and classifying, problem solving and critical thinking in my toddler. The I SPY A to Z: Book of Picture Riddles definitely does it once again and just like any of the I SPY books we've owned, I love the bright, colorful images on every page. Plus the easy-to-read riddles (paired with forty-six object-filled photographs) certainly won our hearts! :D

My daughter has two I Spy board books since she was a baby and also a large hardback book, and she loves them. She would be very happy to have a new one to challenge her, and we recently bought a Wii so the game would be perfect too!
I just recently became aware of the I Spy products. They have items that would be of interest to all 5 of my grandchildren, so I plan on buying some of the products to keep on hand when they visit.
