Yoga and My New Lucy Power Pants

Back before I had my babies, I used to go to this Jewish community center in my neighborhood and enroll in yoga exercise classes. Of course, when I got pregnant I stopped going. But a few months after my first son was born, I got into it again. This time I had to do it on home videos. Once I mastered a few basic moves, I'd do it on my own in our backyard so I can be outdoors (with my baby in his little Moses basket watching mommy)- complete with soft music in the background. That was really fun and it felt really good every time!

Now with two babies, it is quite a challenge to find the time to exercise again.
