    With the shorter days and it gets dark early, make sure you’re getting outside for Vitamin D. It’s a necessary vitamin your body needs. Yeah supplements help but getting it naturally is better. Also, get enough sleep and keep your mental health in check.

    This is all sound advice. Taking time for yourself daily even if it just 10 minutes is something I advise all my patients to do. A little time to relax both body and mind is important for us all. It has a big impact on us as a whole. We need to remember it isn’t selfish, selfcare is something we should all promote and partake in.
