Lemon  Blueberry Bread 

This lemon blueberry bread is so easy to make, incredibly moist, and delicious! It’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a tasty afternoon snack.

- butter – sugar – eggs – lemon – flour – baking powder – salt – milk

Cook Time: 50 mins 

Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and get your loaf pan ready by lining it with parchment paper.

Step 2

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3

Add the eggs and lemon zest slowly, mixing after each egg addition.

Step 4

Add the dry ingredients and blend into a smooth batter. 

Step 5

Place a sieve over the mixing bowl and sift in the flour, baking powder and salt.
