I love books for the babies! We have quite a collection of board books, but a lot of them are just generic pictures and colors or numbers or what not. I love finding something more focused than that, and signs are a wonderful way to communicate before baby is ready to talk.

I taught my daughter some signs when she was younger and she still remembers a few of them. This would be a good refresher book.
Considering my wife and mother-in-law both are pediatric speech pathologists, the importance of being able to communicate with young children (including our 4-month-old daughter) is never underestimated at our house. This would be great for both our house and their profession.
