NUI Kid Water

If you're having a hard time getting your child to drink water, how about fruit-flavored water for kids? How about NUI Kid Water?

Available in three flavors - Outrageous Orange, Purple Power (grape-flavored) and Raging Red (cherry), NUI Kid Water is made and sweetened only with real fruit juice and all the natural key ingredients that growing kids need: vitamins, minerals, calcium, fiber, green tea antioxidants, and electrolytes.

Gabriel, my three year old toddler, loves any kind of flavored juice (especially apple and orange) so I had no trouble making him drink NUI Kid Water in Outrageous Orange. Even though NUI is marketed as a healthy, flavored kid water, the taste and the packaging looks like juice so I had to lightly explain to Gabriel that NUI is actually water- only it has the taste of fruit juice. We tried all three flavors but the Outrageous Orange was his favorite!

I also like the fact that NUI Kid Water has half the sugar of apple juice and no high-fructose corn syrup. A 10 oz serving of NUI Kid Water only has 15 grams of sugar which is almost equal to a 10 oz serving of milk- which has 16 grams.

*Where to buy NUI Kid Water: Order online at NuiWater.com or find them at your local stores. $1.29-$1.59 each.

I don't have too many problems getting my children to drink water except for the youngest one. I have spoiled her and she prefers everything but water so I sneak it into her. She likes to drink from my cup and I usually have water and she likes to suck on ice so I hold a big piece and she has a ball! :-) I may have to look into the flavored water for a special treat for her! :-)
