Caramel Crunch Pumpkin Ice Cream

This easy, delicious, no churn caramel crunch pumpkin ice cream is a perfect dessert for any day- not just during pumpkin season!


heavy whipping cream

sweetened condensed milk

pumpkin puree

pumpkin pie spice

caramel sauce

To start making this easy no churn pumpkin ice cream, you will whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.


The condensed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla are mixed in a large bowl and then folded together with the whipped cream.


Spread half the airy pumpkin mix in a loaf pan and swirl with caramel sauce. Pouring crushed Heath Bar candy over the ice cream gives it its signature crunch.


Add more caramel and crunchies after spreading the rest of the pumpkin mix on top. Put the pan into the freezer and chill until it is firm and has the beautiful, cold texture of ice cream.
