Description
With three fun, colorful layers of red, white and blue, these ice pops make a perfect 4th of July snack!
Ingredients
For the Strawberry Layer:
- 5 to 6 strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
For the Banana Layer:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup milk
For the Blueberry Layer:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- honey, as needed
Instructions
- Blend each layer in a food processor or blender separately.
- Pour the first layer into the popsicle mold and stick in into the freezer for at least 20 minutes or until mostly solid.
- If you’re adding a popsicle stick, stick it the same time you’re adding the second layer. Freeze for another 20 minutes or so, before adding the third layer.
- Enjoy your ice pops!
Notes
For this recipe, I used the banana layer as the second layer. Since it’s thick, it helps hold the stick up.
