Discover a simple yet, delicious recipe for Mint Chocolate Truffles that are perfect for any time of year, whether it’s St. Patrick’s Day or just a casual dessert craving.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (15 oz) package Chocolate Mint Cookies
  • 1 (8oz) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups melted Chocolate Almond Bark

Optional:

  • Green sprinkles
  • Green candy melts

Instructions

  1. In a food processor blend cookies until crumb consistency
  2. In a large mixing bowl beat together the oreo crumbs and cream cheese until well combined
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands scoop out and roll into small balls
  4. Place on a parchment lined tray and freeze for about 30 minutes
  5. In a medium side bowl melt the chocolate until smooth 
  6. Remove truffles from the freezer and with a fork to pick up the truffle dip them into the melted chocolate
  7. Make sure it is well coated before removing from the chocolate and letting the excess drip off
  8. Place on a parchment lined tray and repeat with the remaining truffles
  9. Refrigerate truffles for at least 10 minutes and serve
