Mini Peach Crisps


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peaches
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • For the Crumble Topping
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray. Set aside. In a bowl mix the peaches with the sugar and cornstarch. Spoon the peaches evenly into the ramekins.
  3. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until it turns into a sand-like texture. With a spoon top each ramekin with the crumble. It’s okay if there are uneven clumps.
  4. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the crisp is golden brown.
  5. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
