Ingredients
2 cups diced peaches
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
For the Crumble Topping:
4 tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a bowl mix the peaches with the sugar and cornstarch.
- Spoon the peaches evenly into the ramekins.
- For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until it turns into a sand-like texture.
- Using a spoon, top each ramekin with the crumble. It’s okay if there are uneven clumps.
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the crisp is golden brown.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
