Description

Mini Peach Crisps - Diced peaches, sugar, and a touch of cornstarch create a luscious fruit filling, while a buttery crumble topping infused with cinnamon, adds a perfect crunchy texture. You'll be amazed! 


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups diced peaches

1/4 cup sugar

1 tbsp Cornstarch

For the Crumble Topping:

4 tbsp butter, melted

3/4 cup flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tbsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl mix the peaches with the sugar and cornstarch.
  4. Spoon the peaches evenly into the ramekins.
  5. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until it turns into a sand-like texture.
  6. Using a spoon, top each ramekin with the crumble. It's okay if there are uneven clumps.
  7. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the crisp is golden brown.
  8. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
