- 2 1/2 cups granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted Butter
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 7 oz jar Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 1 1/2 cups tiny Marshmallow Bits
- 1/2 cup crushed Candy Canes or Peppermint Candy
Instructions
- Prepare a small square pan (8 x 8 or 9 x 9) pan by lining it with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and coating the parchment with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Crush Candy Canes in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
- In a 3-quart pot, combine Sugar, Butter, and Evaporated Milk, using a wooden spoonto stir over medium-high heat. Bring the melted mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. When a rolling boil is reached, reduce to medium heat and allow it to boil for five minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the pan from heat and add the Chocolate Chips, stirring until completely melted and blended.
- Add the Marshmallow Fluff and Peppermint Extract and stir until blended.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and when somewhat cooled, add MarshmallowBits, pushing them into the fudge, mixing them in a little.
- Place in the fridge and allow to cool completely before slicing to desired size pieces.Cover the fudge with crushed Candy Canes. Enjoy!
