2 teaspoons Zesty Italian Seasoning
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Bell Pepper Stem
Plastic Wrap
String or Thread
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, zesty Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix everything until well combined.
- Form cheeseball into a wide ball shape and roll in the remaining shredded cheese until it is completely covered.
- Scoop the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Wrap it tightly in the plastic wrap.
- To create a pumpkin-like appearance with ridges, wrap the ball in twine or string tightly in segments like you would a pumpkin, tying at the top.
- Place the wrapped ball in the fridge and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm. 6. Once chilled, remove the twine or string, if used.
- Gently press the bell pepper stem into the top center of the cheeseball to mimic a pumpkin stem.
- Place the pumpkin-shaped cheeseball on a serving platter. Serve with crackers, sliced veggies, or chips of your choice.
