Description

Indulge in this No-Bake Hot Chocolate Lasagna, a layered dessert with a crunchy Oreo base and a rich hot chocolate cheesecake layer. Topped with creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped cream, marshmallows, peppermint, and a chocolate drizzle, it’s a decadent treat perfect for any occasion.

Oreo Crust

  • 36 Oreo Cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter-melted

Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 8 oz (1 package) Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping Cream
  • 5 small packets of Instant Hot Cocoa Mix (3.7 oz)

Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • 2 3/4 cups whole Milk
  • 2 small packets (3.8 oz) Chocolate Instant Pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups mini-Marshmallows

Topping

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping Cream (or 2 1⁄2 cups whipped cream)
  • 1/4 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 3 cups mini-Marshmallows
  • Chocolate Topping to drizzle (or melted Chocolate Chips with tablespoon of cream)
  • Crushed Chopped Peppermint Candy Canes (optional)

Instructions

Oreo Crust

1. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo Cookies to crumbs (or smash in a plastic bag). Place in a small bowl. Stir in the melted Butter. Press the mixture in the bottom of a sprayed 9×13 inch casserole dish. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm while making next layer.

Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Layer

  1. In an electric mixer mixing bowl beat Butter and Cream Cheese until fluffy. Add Confectioners’ Sugar and Vanilla, and blend on medium speed until creamy and smooth. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  2. In the electric mixer beat Cream and Instant Hot Cocoa Mix until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold half of the hot chocolate whipped cream mixture into the cheesecake mixture, thenrepeat, scraping the bottom and sides of the bowl.
  4. Spread the combined mixture over the chilled crust, and place in the freezer to set.

Chocolate Pudding Layer

6. In the electric mixer blend the Milk and Chocolate Instant Pudding mix until it begins to thicken. Stir in mini marshmallows, and spread over the Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Layer. Place in the freezer to set.

Topping

  1. When pudding layer has set, make whipped cream. Beat heavy whipping Cream and add Confectioners’ Sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread whipped cream on top of pudding layer and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Before serving scatter mini-Marshmallows over whipped cream.
  4. Serve drizzled with melted chocolate, and sprinkle with crushed candy canes if desired. Serve and enjoy!
