3 tablespoons (21 g) ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons (5 g) ground ginger
1½ teaspoons (4 g) ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon (3 g) ground cloves
1 teaspoon (2 g) ground allspice
Instructions
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients until evenly blended. Ground ginger can clump, so whisk thoroughly to remove any lumps.
2. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into an airtight spice jar or container.
