Get everything ready. Line an 11x16 baking sheet with sides using parchment paper or another non-stick surface. Add the Elf on the Shelf Sugar Cookie Cereal, chocolate-covered pretzels, popcorn, peanuts, M&M’s, and marshmallows to the pan. Gently stir until everything is mixed together, then spread the mixture out into one even layer.

Melt the candy wafers. Place the red and green melting candy wafers into two separate heat-safe bowls. Melt according to the package directions using either the microwave or stovetop method. If the candy is too thick for drizzling, stir in about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to thin it out.

Drizzle and decorate. Use a spoon or a piping bag to drizzle the melted candy evenly over the snack mix. While the candy is still wet, sprinkle the holiday sprinkles over the top. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes so the candy can fully harden.

Break into pieces. Once the candy has set, use clean hands or a spoon to gently break the mix into bite-sized clusters as you transfer it to a serving bowl.
