- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 container (7 ounce) marshmallow creme
- ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 (1.55 oz) Chocolate bars
- ½ cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line a 13x9 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a few inches over the edge to easily lift the cookie bars out of the pan
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth
- Mix in vanilla extract and eggs until well combined
- Gradually add the flour mixture until well combined
- Spread half of the dough mixture into the prepared pan
- Heat the marshmallow creme in the microwave for about 20 seconds, this will make getting the marshmallow out of the container easier.
- Spread the marshmallow creme evenly over the dough
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
- Break chocolate bars into pieces and lay evenly over the crumbs
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips
- Add remaining dough on top and press to spread as evenly as possible
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
