Ingredients

Scale

Wings:

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 blue cheese dressing, optional

Instructions

  1. Pat your chicken dry with paper towels, then sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in your air fryer.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, making sure to turn the chicken to coat with oil evenly.
  4. Turn the air fryer on to 400° for 20 minutes, making sure to turn halfway through at the 10-minute mark.
  5. While the wings are cooking, proceed to make the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the hot sauce, butter, honey, and garlic powder.
  6. Cook this buffalo sauce mixture for 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir every now and then making sure it doesn’t burn.
  7. Remove the wings from the air fryer and place them in a large bowl.
  8. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cooked wings and toss to coat.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
