Keeping Indoor Air Clean And Healthy

Ever feel as if all you do is clean your home and yet you still can't get the dust off completely from surfaces and household items?

The past few weekends, we did a lot of house cleaning and I could't believe how much dust we had on our standard air filters, considering the amount of time and energy I devote on my own cleaning and dusting our home every week.

Which leads me to this very interesting note: do you know that the air indoor can be up to four to five times more polluted than the air outside? That's according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The air in our homes is littered with virus-sized, unseen particles and bacteria, allergens, respirable dust and other airborne contaminants. While people who suffer from allergy, asthma, and other chronic respiratory diseases are at greater risk, those who are in generally good state of health can also be negatively impacted and thus benefit from cleaner air.

There are many options to achieve quality, pollution-free indoor air such as the use of air filters and portable purifiers in our homes— but there’s one truly effective solution: an American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning's AccuClean™ Whole Home Air Filtration System. AccuClean removes virtually all unwanted particles and allergens from filtered air in your home up to 99.98%, and prevents odors from burnt food, grease from cooking, and other household odors. Additionally, it removes more than 99% of the common flu virus- one of the many advantages you'll get, which any standard one inch air filter or ionic home purifier can't do.

Cleaning the AccuClean is also very easy: just vacuum or wash the reusable filter and it's ready to use again. Installation-wise, it can be easily attached to any of your existing furnace or air handler so you don't have to worry about renovating your home.

So for cleaner, healthier home, insist on getting the AccuClean™ Whole Home Air Filtration System.

A whole home filtration is a fantastic idea!

Did you know that all of our electronic equipment and furniture in our homes give off a "dust" made up of the flame retardants in them - and to think we're breathing all those toxing (in addition to any organic dust brought in from outside - or just plain produced from our own skin cells!) - filtering the air is a good thing.
