Thinning Hair in Women and Women’s ROGAINE® Foam

Thinning Hair in Women and Women’s ROGAINE® Foam

The article, Thinning Hair in Women and Women’s ROGAINE® Foam, first appeared on Hip Mama’s Place.

Okay, I’m going to admit it. I’m not getting any younger. Really, I know, I know, not exactly rocket science to figure out. But I do have to say that there are some parts of aging that seem to be taboo to talk about.

Today I’m focusing on how my honest beauty routine is for those of us for those who may be losing some of the youthful vibrancy, including a product that you may not have heard of: Women’s ROGAINE® Foam. We’ll get to that soon.

My “Just Before Middle-Age” Beauty Routine

I am not one to have my Instagram full of make up tips, but I’m also not one who goes au naturale either. I’m like most of “you” – I’m somewhere in between. Part of the upkeep is being honest with age: my skin care routine needed an update and I realized that my hair was thinning.

So, I am more thorough and keep my beauty routine up-to-date with my age and situation.

My Morning Routine includes:

  • a mild facial cleanser
  • a serum,
  • An AM moisturizer (mine includes SPF)
  • Make-up if needed for the day

Every evening, I also make sure I clean off the day’s dirt, grime, sweat and, just really all that has accumulated in today’s busy world.

Products for Women’s Thinning Hair

I’ve added the Women’s ROGAINE ® Foam because according to a Gallup Poll – 42% of women admit to hair loss and hair thinning. So, I know I’m not alone. Left untreated, hair thinning can worsen over time; women can lose one-sixth of their hair density in a period of 10 years. If applied directly to the scalp once a day, every day, most women will start regrowing fuller, thicker hair in as little as 12 weeks. New hairs come in up to 48% thicker than before based on mean hair strand diameter.

How Women’s ROGAINE ® Foam Works for Hereditary Hair loss

How It Works & Clinical Studies:

  • Contains 5% minoxidil, the ONLY ingredient FDA-approved to regrow hair in women
  • It is not greasy, does not weigh hair down and there is no buildup after multiple applications
  • Non-messy application with no residue
  • Easy to apply to areas where needed
  • Available without a prescription

What is your beauty routine like now? How has it changed over time? Be honest: have you noticed an increase in thinning hair? I really encourage you to learn more about Women’s ROGAINE ® Foam, and try it for yourself if you are experiencing thinning or hair loss due to hereditary hair loss.

I have heard it can be very helpful. I have to get weight taken out of my hair so I dont think it will be an issue for me anytime soon.

I know – we aren’t getting younger….I feel young but my body says otherwise. I have to be much more careful to take better care of myself. Knock wood, my hair is not thinning but we never say never. Good to know Rogane works if I need it.

Hahaha, I actually have the opposite problem – I need to get my hair thinned every 12 weeks because it’s too thick 🙂 Glad there are options for women who need help!
