Instructions
- Line a 9”x5” loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl mix together meatloaf ingredients: Ground Beef, Dried Minced Onion, Eggs, Garlic, Barbecue Sauce, chopped fresh Parsley, Breadcrumbs, Milk, chopped Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Just combine, but do not over-mix.
- Add ground beef mixture to prepared loaf pan, and gently press.
- Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes. If you’re baking it in a toaster oven, turn it around at 20 minutes.
- While meatloaf is baking, blend together BBQ Blaze ingredients in a small bowl: Barbecue Sauce, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Minced Onion, Salt, and Pepper.
- At 40 minutes, take meatloaf from oven and evenly spread BBQ Glaze over top. Return to oven and bake additional 20 minutes, or so, until glaze is caramelized on surface. Safety Tip: Internal temperature should reach 160°F.
- Remove baked meatloaf from oven and place on cooling rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove meatloaf from loaf pan by pulling on parchment paper flaps.
- Slice, and drizzle with juices from the pan.
- Garnish with fresh chopped Green Onions and Parsley. Serve, and enjoy!
