1/4 cup butter

1.5 (10 oz.) bags mini marshmallows

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoons vanilla extract

5 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

For the Marshmallow Frosting:

1/2 cup butter, room temperature

Marshmallow Fluff  (7.5 oz)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 drops blue gel food coloring

Toppings:

34 tbsp additional Fruity Pebbles

9 Marshmallow Chicks Peeps


Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan by spraying the bottom of a 9″ tart pan or pie pan with cooking spray. Place a circle cut out of parchment paper in the middle of the pan. Spray the parchment paper and side of the pan again and set aside.
