Don’t forget to check the safe-for-kids labels. There are lots of children’s school items that are made of plastics that aren’t safe for our little ones.

The ideas are absolutely great for studs who can be typically very unorganized. They are going to help them not only now but also in later life. Cool, for sure.

A homework station is a great idea. It’ll give kids a place to focus on their homework. I also like the idea of a backpack checklist. I can’t tell you how many times I ended up leaving something at home that I needed for school when I was a kid.

Organization is my biggest struggle. We moved at the end of June and I’ve still got to go through things. Downsizing makes it even harder but our new house just doesn’t have the storage that I previously had. I did make a station for all my son’s school supplies so that he knows where they are for homework time.

BACK TO SCHOOL used to be my favorite time of year when I was a kid. Not because I loved school but because I LOVED school supplies and organization tools such as the ones you described!!! I can’t believe I have a son who will be going back to school at some point in his life!
