Here’s another fun and frugal way to get your kids moving this summer! How about taking them out to go bowling for free? All you need to do is bring your best spare bowling ball with you!
Kids Bowl Free – a program designed by bowling centers to give back to the community and provide a safe, secure, and fun way for kids to spend time this summer – is offering 2 free games of bowling everyday all summer long to each child who registers at KidsBowlFree.com! You can check to find a participating bowling center near you! We unfortunately don’t have a participating bowling center close to our home at the moment. But I’m glad there is a form to fill out online to suggest a bowling center to participate in Kids Bowl Fee in your area and I just sent my own suggestion!
For those who don’t have a Kids Bowl Free anywhere close by, you can also check out a similar offer: AMF Bowling Summer Unplugged program where kids 15 and under can bowl for free all summer long as well! Simply register here to get a weekly voucher for two free games per child per day through September 3. Free bowling is available until 8 p.m., 7 days a week now through Sept. 3, 2012. Shoe rental is not included.
I’m glad we do have an AMF Bowling center less than 3 miles from our house so this is perfect for my kids!
