I’m really trying to lose some more weight. For the past month, I’ve lost two pounds already but I need to lose at least eight pounds more. I’ve been doing my home video exercises, but sometimes it gets a little boring. Hmmm, if I could be doing a more rigid type of exercise..maybe like Jung SuWon, a gentler type of Korean martial art taekwondo. Wouldn’t that be something? 🙂
