As we all are living very busy lives, “take out” meals become a fact of life. My husband and I would pick one day each week as a “take out” night as far as dinners go. We have a few favorites, but our favorite, is a Chinese restaurant near our house.

While most of us think ordering ‘take out’ is the easiest alternative to a home-cooked meal, that’s not always necessarily true.  I know this for a fact. If you factor in the time from ordering the food,  to driving to the restaurant and back, you’ll be waiting for about an hour before you can finally sit down and eat.

So I’m so glad I was recently introduced to Blue Dragon and their stir-fry sauces, I can now create my own homemade delicious dishes from China, Thailand, Japan and Vietnam – all for under 30 minutes from start to finish!

What’s neat about Blue Dragon’s stir-fry sauces is that they offer a good variety of flavors to help you create easy and savory dishes: Broccoli Beef, General Tao, Pad Thai, Sweet & Sour and Honey Teriyaki. These sauces are easy and convenient and are ready to use at any time! 

We love the flavors of teriyaki and szechuan but I wanted to try the Szechuan Pepper stir fry sauce first. So I came up with a super easy Szechuan Chicken served over steamed rice!

This dish is so quick to make and easy to prep! Why go out for Chinese food when it is this easy? Serve with steamed rice or Asian noodles and you got yourself an authentic, flavorful Asian-inspired dish to enjoy at home!

This dish turns out so good and tastes so fresh! It’s comforting to know that since I know what goes in it, I know that it’s a healthier option for me and my family.

    I Love Thai food! I guess my favorite is Pad See Ew, but I haven’t been able to replicate it at home yet. I have not tried to Blue Dragon products, but they look good.
