1 cup (8.8oz, 250g) creamy peanut butter
1 cup (7oz, 200g) granulated sugar
1 egg
72-96 pieces of candy corn (3-4 pieces per cookie)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until fully combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-ounce balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart.
- Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, until they have spread and the edges are lightly browned. Immediately press 3-4 candy corn pieces into the tops of the cookies while they are still warm, gently pressing them into the dough.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your freshly baked cookies!
