Kings Dominion Fall 2015: The Great Pumpkin Fest and Halloween Haunt #KDHaunt15

Thank you, Kings Dominion, for inviting me, my family and my friends to participate in these fun events. All views and opinions are mine.

If you’ve been following the blog for a while, you know that my whole family loves visiting the super fun amusement park, Kings Dominion here in Virginia! šŸ™‚

Great Pumpkin Fest Kings Dominion

This Fall, we were invited to participate in the festivities celebrating the beginning of Fall and the opening of The Great Pumpkin Fest at Kings Dominion held last September 26th.  My husband, myself and my kids, along with some invited friends joined in the fun with us!  And although it rained for a little bit towards the end of the day, we still had a great, awesome time as apparent from our photos…

What a wonderful welcome to the Fall season! šŸ™‚

If you’re looking to entertain your whole family this Fall, go take them to Kings Dominion!  They got all sorts of treats at The Great Pumpkin Fest where you can enjoy Halloween together with a street party of frightful fun including a petting zoo, foam pit, pumpkin painting and more! The Great Pumpkin Fest will run on select Saturday and Sunday now thru Oct. 31st, from 12:00pm until 5:00pm.

New this year is the family-friendly “Reptile Adventure” show that  my kids really enjoyed watching.  If you’re interested in checking out this show,  you can see it every Saturday now thru October 31st at the Scarecrow Theater (at Snoopy’s Rocket Express Entrance)  and runs three times in the afternoon at 1:15pm, 2:30pm and then at 3:45pm.

Want to really get into the Halloween spirit this season? Why not experience the frightfully fun Halloween Haunt at Kings Dominion? This could make a fantastic group activity with friends or for a family with older kids. Halloween Haunt features spooky fun mazes, shows, rides, scare zones and more! I personally have not been to any of these attractions, so be warned.  Halloween Haunt is not intended for kids under 13.

You can go online at www.kingsdominion.com for more details on these events and attractions and to purchase your tickets which start at $39. They are also having a Fall Bonus Day this Friday, October 9th where you can score an all day ticket for only $29.99!  You can also get your 2016 Kings Dominion Gold Season Pass now for the lowest price of the year: as low as 9 payments of $9.75, plus applicable taxes and fees. You’ll get free parking, unlimited visits, and the family thrill-ride Delirium – a new thrill ride they are offering for next season. Offer ends on November 2nd, so don’t wait!

These seems like so much fun for the entire family. We just went to our town’s Pumpkin Fest and it was a great time had by all.
