According to a study conducted by the Journal of Clinical Psychology, losing weight, getting organized, and spending less money and saving more are the top three New Year’s resolutions Americans make.
Whatever your goals and resolutions are for this year, my word of advice: start with small, simple goals that are easy to achieve and go from there. I know I need to get my house more organized so I’m going to start by donating our old clothes and getting rid of old food from the pantry, old bath and toiletry items from our bathroom cabinets and all the unnecessary junk in the garage. And yes, I’m also going to keep up with a regular fitness routine this year. That one is a bit broad, but I know I can do it. I just really need to learn to be more focused on my goals. 🙂
