There is no doubt that spring has sprung and I’m excited to share that this year, we mark the centennial celebration of Washington, DC’s National Cherry Blossom Festival– an epic 5-week spectacular happening from March 20 – April 27, 2012.
Each year, the National Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates spring in Washington, DC, the gift of the cherry blossom trees, and the enduring friendship between the people of the United States and Japan. The Festival produces and coordinates daily events featuring diverse and creative programming promoting traditional and contemporary arts and culture, natural beauty, and community spirit. Check out the 2012 National Cherry Blossom Festival Centennial Celebration events page for more details. The events are primarily free and open to the public.
In celebration of spring and the Gift of the Trees, Vitabath – a trusted bath and body brand for more than 50 years- wants to pamper you with the new Wild Red Cherry Body Wash from their New! Fragrance Collection, “Fruit Fanatic“.
I had the fabulous opportunity to try the Wild Red Cherry Body Wash and I just love it! The lather is very luxurious and the fresh, sweet and juicy smell on my skin is pure heaven! It’s made with sweet cherry fruit extract and contains vitamins A, B3, B5, C and E. What’s also cool is that this product is sulfate and paraben-free which means that it contains no harsh chemicals or preservatives (and which also translates to: it’s better and safer for you!)
Vitabath’s Fruit Fanatic collection of body washes are also available in three other sweet fragrances: Grapefruit Vanilla, Green Apple & Lily and Pomegranate & Blood Orange varieties. The body washes are available in 12-oz. bottles, and retails for $9.99 each. Available now at Fred Meyer, Ricky’s Beauty, Harmon Discount, ULTA, Duane Reade, Stage Stores and Bed Bath & Beyond stores, as well as at the Vitabath shop online at MyVitabath.com.
