VeggieTales "The Penniless Princess" DVD - Review and Giveaway

My kids just love VeggieTales DVD movies! I admit, I'm quite selective when it comes to movies my kids can watch. But with VeggieTales, there are no hesitations. I love seeing my kids having fun watching their favorite characters in a movie, but it's also great knowing that they learn a good new lesson or two about character-building after watching a show or movie. So we were glad we had the opportunity to review VeggieTales' newest title: The Penniless Princess—God’s Little Girl, just released last August 14th.

Based on the children’s book A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett, VeggieTales "The Penniless Princess—God’s Little Girl" is a heart-warming story that also offers a ton of engaging and fun music created for the whole family! My seven year old really loved singing along with the fun, silly Song “Best Friends Forever” and the featured song “No Matter What,” that I had to literally take away the remote control from him so he stops rewinding the movie to re-start the songs. So funny! This movie also teaches children the importance about knowing their true self-worth and trusting God.
