Experience "State-cation" at Holiday Inn

Thinking about a short getaway trip but worried about the costs of traveling? How about taking a look at your own state for a vacation idea with Holiday Inn?

Being from Northern Virginia, we are only about less than an hour to historic Georgetown and I'm looking into taking my family down to the newly relaunched Holiday Inn WASHINGTON-GEORGETOWN where we will have easy access to all of Washington DC’s area attractions, such as the White House, National Zoo, Smithsonian museums, and Washington Monument. We have already seen a few of these famous Washington DC attractions but have not yet explored the historic part of Georgetown. I've heard so many good things about Georgetown and I can't wait to see all of it with my family!

What's good about is that it is close enough to home but far enough to experience a getaway- and the convenience and affordability of it all is the big bonus! This Holiday Inn "state-cation" I think, is a great opportunity to rediscover my home state and still enjoy a vacation.
