Post-partum depression or "baby blues" has been a widely known type of clinical depression that mostly affects women after childbirth. Celebrity moms like Gwyneth Paltrow and Brooke Shields were not immune to this condition and has since been very public about their experience. Fortunately that wasn't the case for the "Desperate Housewives" star Marcia Cross, who gave birth to her twin baby girls Eden and Savannah in February.
In a recent interview by Access Hollywood, Marcia revealed how she was afraid she might suffer post-partum depression as she has had bouts of depression before she got married. Luckily for the 46 year old first-time mom, motherhood has made her become the "happiest creature in the planet". Now, that is inspiring.

Hi! Hope you had a great weekend!
I think I survived four births fairly well except for the last one... a lot going on and it was so stressful that it got me a little down. I think people should talk about this subject more because a lot of women are suffering.
