Now that vintage French designs are in fashion again, I thought I'd share to you all my new lovely find- a set of.. (what else?).. vintage French-designed alphabet flashcards. Not that I only bought them for the 'aesthetic' experience. But I thought the attractive images on these flashcards would make a wonderful tool to introduce my kids to the alphabet.
I can say that this item has now become one my toddler's new favorite 'reading time' tool.
These beautiful flash cards are inspired by a vintage French children's dictionary designed by artist Beth Nelson and are truly a lovely introduction to the ABCs. Each flashcard is printed on thick, sturdy board perfect for itty-bitty hands to hold. Wanna get creative? If you are into mounting beautiful print designs to make your own wall frames, these flashcards can be used for that purpose as well. Perfect if you're looking for something unique to hang on the wall of your kid's room.
